Both O2 Sensors read "Stuck Rich" | RPMs Unsteady | Crappy Acceleration

I just bought a 2004 Ford Taurus and it's having some acceleration and idling problems. The first time I noticed it was when I hit the gas and it just didn't accelerate at all. After a few times hitting the gas it finally stopped hesitating and took off. I put premium gas in it and that seriously helped but its still hesitating on accelerations. Also, every once in a while when I go to start the car it tries to stall out. At idle the RPMs are always dancing around a little bit. The check engine light came on and gave me two codes: "O2 Sensor Stuck Rich (Bank 1 Sensor 1)" and "O2 Sensor Stuck Rich (Bank 2 Sensor 1)". I know it could be any number of things but some advice on where to start would help!
