99 4x4 v8 5.2 Dodge Dakota cranks but don't start

I have a 99 v8 5.2 Dodge Dakota it was runing good and two weeks ago it was a cold morning it didn't start just cranks seems like it's not getting gas and i check the gas valve it has gas also i thought was the battery i got it new one, new spark plugs, new crank shaft position sensor, and i check distributor cap seems like is not good. Please if anyone has any ideas what causes not to start. Thank you
