1998 Saturn SC2 ... ABS light stays on

We have 1998 SC2 and abs light stays on...there are two fuses under hood which says abs next to it...they are red in color and 10 amp ...I removed both of them at same time and light still stays on ...I thought removing fuse should at least disable abs light...but still stays on..brakes work fine...and abs light stays on...
What should I check now...I did not remove green 30 amp abs fuse(or relay) but it looks fine as its transparent ...
