Key fob won't work.

I have had the car just 2 weeks and all has been perfect very happy with it, suddenly last night I got out of the car and the fob would not lock the doors also tried the spare and the same thing? I have checked everything I feel I could to no avail, anyone have any suggestions for me to try or know what it could be, it must be the car as both fobs are not working? I have to lock it manually with the key. Thanks in anticipation.
