Remote works the sliding door, but the handle and button does not

Recently, my power sliding doors on both sides stopped working when I pull on the handle or use the push button inside the vehicle. They slide fine manually but do not respond to pulls on the handle at all. The remote control, however, operates the doors flawlessly. Can somebody please tell me how I need to fix this? Much obliged. Bill
