engine oscillates and stalls
My care is having difficulty starting with out stalling out, getting up to speed, revving while idling, and jerking while driving. It also shifts hard from 1st to 2nd gear. we replaced the distributor cap and the plugs and wires and it got a little better, but still not good. It was run through a computer after the tune up and the codes that came up were having to do with engine speed oscillation: code P1399 misfire in any cylinder, AFFB Condition constant cycling, FSS Cycling between closed and OL DRV, HO2 sensor negative 25 output, INJ (ms) cycling 0-4.0. And, when the engine stopped oscilationg: AFFB constant open, HO2 sensor 1 still negative 25 (plus or minus). Any Ideas?
