instrument cluster not working

2000 Dodge Dakota 2WD V8 4.7 instrument cluster not working. No - oil pressure, battery voltage, mileage, spedometer etc. I have pulled all of the fuses from the fuse box located next to the drivers side door and that has not worked. I pulled the fuses and they looked fine. Suggestions? Interior lighting & radio etc work fine.
