After the first start of the day my transmission is real slow to grab when shifter to Drive. Works fine when shifted to Reverse, Low, or Second. Every start after the first it works fine when shifted to Drive from Park. Does anyone have experience with this problem??

That is sometimes called "morning sickness" and it's a sign of a worn out transmission. If you haven't changed your transmission fluid and filter recently you might try doing that. DO NOT let any shop "flush" your transmission! Just change the fluid and filter.
