92 Previa- How do I change the spark plugs?!

I recently bought a 92 Previa LE and tried to change the spark plugs. I've always done the maintenance on all my vehicles in the past. What I found was you cannot remove the plug wires because there is a body panel obstructing cylinder 2,3, and 4. Does anyone have experience doing this? I need some advice. Thanks in advance.
