1998 Mercury Grand Marquis - Problems in removing the Ignition Key

I have problems in removing the Ignition key after I put the car in Park (about 90 percent of the times).

So I took the car to the Ford Dealer and the Service advisor tried about 20 times and he did not have any problems in removing the key.

Please advise.
