Parasitic drain from instrument cluster (Olds Alero 3.4 V-6)

I'm getting a 580mA drain from instrument cluster. If I pull the #3 fuse under hood it goes down to 2mA. I have ran through all other fuses and relays. The only other fuse that changes amps is the (N) fuse in driver side fuse box which goes from 580 to 60mA. Has anyone else had this problem? Can the instrument cluster itself short and cause drain or do you think its from a component? I have also unplugged BCM which only lowered drain by 80mA. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
