Hyundai Santa Fe Factory Quality Problems

I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport a week ago after happily owning a Sonota for four years. I am having issues with the quality. After spending most of a day waiting in a cramped four seat service area, I was told I would have to bring my car back which prompted some research on my part. My new car will never be the same. Hyundai refuses to replace the parts and insists the mechanics be given another chance to repair.
