coolant leak at back of moter

Its started out leaking very little. Now its leaking alot of the back of moter above oil filter cant see were its leaking from

    and cant find were its pouring water from at the back of engine above the oil filter. Had a few people tell me it could b a few things. Truck has 130000miles has plenty of power still . Just don't wanna pay for something that's not broke.
