Heater control, heated seats and 6CD changer malfunctioning in sync!

My 2006 T&C started having this occasional problem. I can't switch from one track to the next, it changes arbitrarily from say track 2 to 9 and I press the button again and it goes to 5, etc. Also when this is going on the heated seats just start heating. Also the heater control goes haywire at this time too. I have the high end heating, temp control with each side having its own settings. Battery is 3 months old. I suspect some module that controls these functions is malfunctioning? Any suggestions welcomed.
