Aux blows but doesn't get hot

02 ford expert lxt!!!My aux heat and air in rear doesn't get hot or cold but blows!!!! Any ideas?

I have looked every where read everything! Nothing with front heat and air is perfect and rear aux heat air that blows fine just no heat orcold air, just air! Does any one have a clue as to why?
