2012 Chevy Equinox Remote Start Issues

I noticed this morning. I remotely started the car from inside the house. When I got out to the car, I inserted the key and turned it on. Two things happened. The radio did not work and when I put the turn signal on, it worked but you didnt hear anything such as the clicking sound. Has anyone experienced this?

    Is yoursa factory installed or an aftermarket remote start installed by the dealer or another shop?
