2003-2008 Mid-Full size SUV with fold flat seats

We're looking to purchase a mid to full sized SUV 2003-2008 with 3rd row seating. We're discovering some makes/models have fold flat seats (Pilots), some have seats that fold down but are at an incline (Trailblazer EXTs), and others that fold flat, but are raised and removable (Tahoes). We don't need seats that fold into the floor; however, we need a flat bed/floor when 2nd and 3rd row seats are folded down and we don't want to removed the seat in order to achieve this. A slight incline might be acceptable. Does anyone know of a list of such SUVs or do you know of a specific Year / Make / Model / Trim that has fold flat seats?
