2007 Toyota Tundra Engine idle speed high

Our 07 Tundra SR5 extended cab is equipped with the 5.7 engine. At full operating temperature in drive the engine idles at 750-800 RPM in which the truck moves forward at 10 MPH! I discussed this with the our Toyota dealer service mgr. who told me they have had other owners report this same condition but they can not do anything to fix this because the computer controls the idle and it can not be adjusted. This not only is hard on brakes but the drivability is affected and I believe this is a safety concern. I have reported this to Toyota who told me they would report this to a field engineer to inspect. Is anyone else having this problem or has any other owner had this condition corrected?
