Ticking, Vibrations, bumping

I have a 2007 Tacoma 4x2 TRD access cab, i just turned over 100000 miles about a month ago and i started to get a ticking sound from the engine, i just assumed that it was because it is cold ( it was February) so i let it go, then i started to get a bump from the rear end when in low speeds ( 5 - 10) now i am getting a heavy vibration from what feels like the drive axle in speeds between 50-70 but only when i accelerate and it clears up after i pass 70. i tried fully cleaning the full system with the 4 STP cleaners and it felt like it helped a little but not very noticeable. Thoughts?
