A/C BLOWERS NOT WORKING - Dodge Durango

My 2001 Dodge Durango SLT A/C stopped blowing any air in the front. The rear blowers only work on high. I put in a new motor resistor and when I started the car the resistor started smoking. So now I don't have any motor resistor connected.

What could be wrong??
