Are the Lease ads for $189 actually doable? - 2014 MAZDA6

Hi, I've seen a few ads for leasing a Mazda 6 for $189/mo with like $2250 down. Looking at some of the posts here, it seems like a longshot. Is this just the typical "print a low price to get people in" type of thing? Or is it possible to lease this car for around $200/month? I live in IL.

Kind of looks like this one's for real: http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/best-car-deals/Mazda-Deals/
Mazda is one of the earlier new model year releasers among manufacturers, from what I've seen. I'm guessing they're throwing a lot of support behind lease deals for 2014 model years in anticipation of the 2015 being released soon. Looks like the deal is on the Sport trim only in most areas. They're also showing a very low 60-month finance deal for purchasers, so you might check out what represents a better value for you.

It's not a come-on. Edmunds.com seeing a lot of $199 leases. So many, in fact, that we've started doing a monthly story that rounds up the best of the $199 leases. Here's the one for March
