Ford Sync Dissapointed
One of the reasons I purchased my Fusion was the ability to update the electronics "Ford Sync" during my ownership of the car. I thought "no out of date software". While I like the car, I am disappointed that Ford released the last update in August 2011 (ver. 3.2.2) and never updated anything since. In that time, I have updated my smart phone three times. As a tech person in Silicon Valley, we tend to expect the latest and most up to date stuff. Fords promise of keeping the Microsoft computer in the car up to date never happened. Although I generally don't hold to much hope for promises by dealers at the time of sale, this one I thought would be kept.
So what's up Ford. What about updating the software in my Microsoft Ford Touch Sync to something more current?
