2005 Subaru Legacy burning oil!

Hi, my 2005 Subaru legacy 2.5 gt is burning oil and I don't know why. When I drive it and get out of it, it smells like something is burning I raise the hood but it's not smoking and no liquids are visible anywhere on the top of the motor. I let it cool down and check the oil it has burnt a quart in 3 weeks it's last oil change was on March 2nd 2014. Please help!

    Check the bottom of the heads to see if there is oil leaking from the heads or cam covers.
