Can the front bumper of a 2001 Plymouth Neon be replaced with a 2003 Dodge Neon Bumper

Hi all, basically the title says it all. I'd like to replace the front bumper of a 2001 Plymouth Neon with the bumper of a 2003 dodge Neon.

Currently it looks like:

And I want it to look like this:

I've read elsewhere that it can be done, but I'm not entirele sure, has anyone here done it or knows someone that has?

It is the same car basically so yes i can be done. If the head lights and the bumper mounts are the same then yes it can be done.
