Highlander 2001 - Engine Starting Problems (sometime diffult to start)

Hi,

I sometime have problem to start my 2001 Highlander.

When i start turning on the engine, i sometime have to pedal the accelerator, else the engine wont start. The mechanism recommended to change the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor & the Mass Air Flow Sensor. The problem was gone but it start happening again now.

Any suggestion what need to be checked/replaced please?
