Dodge Sprinter 2008 Diesel 2500 aux heater not working

The red light on the aux heater switch illuminated when the switch is pressed. The pump is giving a clicking sound, and also I can hear a hum sound. But after five seconds everything turns off. The aux heater doesn't start.
I would be very thankful, for help.
