Looking to buy a 2014 Nissan Rogue SV

I live in Dallas and is looking to buy a Nissan Rogue SV with the basic of package that the SV offers with no add-ons (no nitrogen in tire, no fabric guard, no pin stripe, no special paint treatment), with an OTD (tax, TTL, and all other misc. fees included) price of under $23.5K. I noticed a few people paid between $23K and $24K for this car under "what people paid in your area" icon on Edmunds. There is currently no rebate or incentive offered. I am willing to drive 100 miles from Dallas to test drive and pick up the car if there is one available. Color can be gun or metallic silver and interior must be beige NOT black. Anyone has any reference of a dealership (s) that is willing to sell, I'll be happy to give them my business. TIA
