Engine over heats only when using A/C and only in stop and go traffic, works fine on the open road when doing 50+ miles a hour

First thing I'd do for overheating condition (for whatever reason) is to ensure coolant is at proper level. After that (on other vehicles anyway) is to make sure fans are coming on after a minute or two (not at all sure if its applicable to your vehicle)

Hhmm seem to have misplaced the edit option for post. I meant to say fans come on after turniong A/C on.

Coolant level is fine but the high speed fan doesn't seem to be coming on. Any suggestions would be helpful
