Is it possible to change the manual climate control panel to a auto control panel? if this is possible is there any videos on how to do it?

No. The control panel you see is just the user interface to numerous components that are behind the dash in an auto control panel. Check out this link, (I hope it works) and scroll down to the automatic climate control section.
