I'm having a sputtering problem

I have a 02 Camaro v6 I'm having a real bad sputtering issue I have changed the mass airflow sensor air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires , when the check engine light came on it read p301 wicth was a misfire In Cylinder 1 so I changed the coil pack and the icm (ignition control module) but I'm still having this issue some one please help
