Ford Fusion Braking problem

Purchased vehicle Sept. 2012. Really loved it. May 2013 pulled into doctor's parking lot, stepped on brake and car coasted into building. Extensive damage to building but car damage minimal. Car towed to Ford dealership where purchased. Checked it over and said no problem with car and said I must have stepped on gas. March 2014 had same experience, almost hit a car broadside but slammed hard on brake and it stopped. So far problem hasn't been solved. Anyone else had a problem like this?
