Two electrical problems with Camry
When I turn the headlight switch three notches to make headlights turn on, the light for the instruments and the light for the radio go off.
I feel cool air coming through the vent even when the air conditioning switch is off. I raised the hood to look at the AC compressor clutch. The compressor turns when the vent fan is on at any speed, regardless of whether the AC switch is on (green light) or off (unlit). Turning the vent fan off decouples the compressor whether the AC switch is on or off.
I noticed these problems within a couple weeks of each other, so it is possible they started at the same time.
