99 Explorer AC blows cold in park, blows warm when moving

My 99 Explorer blows cold air when vehicle is not moving. When I accelerate, the AC starts to blow warm and when I really accelerate, the blower stops blowing until the RPMs come down. Any idea what would cause this?
