Are you talking about fuel prices in your local area? I've used gasbuddy before, but just on the regular old web. Sadly, I'd usually find that the cheapest prices were at a gas station located far away enough from me to make the drive there negate any savings I'd reap.

There's also an app called GasTracker+, I believe, but that's more geared to monitoring your vehicle's fuel economy.
