Mazda6 stalling when accelerating in hot weather
I seem to have a problem with my 2005 Mazda6 occasionally stalling when accelerating. This only happens when the outside temperature is 80 degrees or above! The check engine soon light comes on, but my Mazda dealership said that they cannot replicate the problem or figure out what is wrong. It happened last summer and I was at my wit's end. All winter the car ran fine, no problems at all. (I live in Indiana). Then, sure enough, the first very warm day we had, I couldn't get above 40mph on the interstate. It usually ends up dying or finally accelerates. Has anyone else had a similiar problem or have any ideas? Thanks!

Could be a bad throttle position sensor but also a MAP sensor. You said the check engine light comes on but what code is responsible for that? Sounds like it could be a fuel pump issue too.
