Been experiencing shifting problem with the O/D shift,,, in-out-in-out repeatedly.
Gotten worse now mayby 20 times p/mile !

Been scoutin and listenin & readin ,,come up with a grounding prob possibility !
I replaced the TPS and air temp sensor ,,no hup !

One fellow suggested to cut the wire (#4) on the TPS and run 2 new wires to a point on the emergency brake assemly for a new ground !

I would rather skin back the proper wire (?) at the TPS ) and solder and connect it to the emg.ped.[non-permissible content removed]'y
what do ya'll think ?

Additionaly make some fixes to the ground wires on the pass. side battery cables with shields etc.

Sounds like you're on the right path of checking grounding. What year is your Ram?
