car won't start

I was trying to change stereo in my car and think I connected wrong wire and now car wont start. I checked all fuses they look good, jumped started it nothing it's not cranking over or anything.Is there any thing else I need to check? Thanks

ah Ford? Ok I guess a Ford. But some more info might gain you some results.

There are usually 2 fuse boxes, one inside and one under the hood in newer cars, did you check them both?
