Ford Explorer radiator fan running too much when AC is on

I have a Ford Explorer 2006.
When I turn on my AC, the radiator fan is running too much, specially when I stopped on traffic lights, it is noisy. First I thought it was like the engine is revving up high, but lately I think it was the radiator fan.

its gonna run more, a lot more because now when your sitting at a light it has to cool your compressor and condenssor. When you get above 40 mph it will quiet down. Only come on when water coolant gets above 200 degrees.

Have you checked your coolant level and if your radiator is clean?
