aftermarket exhaust for prius C

wow, an aftermarket exhaust for a prius C. I saw a used one just now on EBAY made by megan racing. Did some research and its supposed to improve fuel mileage more than gain horsepower. Im thinking about buying it. its only $175 with free shipping . does anybody have one installed on there prius C ?does it sound good?
