Honda CPO

I'm looking at buying a 2012 Honda Odyssey with 60K miles from a dealer. Vehicle is CPO. Catch is that the CarFax report indicates previous owner was "commercial".

I plan to use the vehicle for very short trips to/from school with the kids and occasional holiday car trip.

Am I taking too big a risk to go with a vehicle that has this kind of murky history or does the CPO provide a decent cushion against major issues? I will have the vehicle double-checked by an independent mechanic as well.

Thanks.

    damo123,

The miles are a bit high, but since the car is being sold as a CPO, it should provide coverage if anything comes up. Since you don't drive too many miles, it should even out the miles in a year or two.

    Hope this helps,
