Ford Expedition blend door

I have a 2005 for expedition. I have a clicking noise in the rear passenger side. I was told it's the blendoor. The rear ac blows cool air but no warm air. The front ac and heat work fine. Is the blendoor causing my heating not to blow warm air? Also where is the rear blendoor located.

It is the blend door actuator, not the blend door. There are two of them back there - one for floor to ceiling and one for temp. Unfortunately yours is the harder of the two to change. They are both located behind the trim panel on the passenger side under rear quarter window. If you pull out the little change tray on the top of the panel, you can see the floor to ceiling actuator right on top, the temp one is down on the side of the wheel arch. Some people opt to take out the whole panel to get at it, others have mentioned being able to do it by reaching alongside the panel. It is two screws and a wire harness holding it in.
