    For anyone else who came in from Google (like myself) trying to figure out if "you've been stuck with a lemon", this article has aged like milk! I stopped reading after the first sentence because of this gem:

    "It's actually rather difficult to end up with a lemon today; production quality across the board is far better today than even five years ago and certainly much more than a generation ago."

    Who believes this?? With cars becoming more and more computerized, its just getting worse because of horrendous software/hardware failures!
