Oil pan and engine cradle repair - '94 Camry

Hello everybody. I am looking for advice on my car. A couple of days ago, some jackass didn't secure the items in his car and left a kiddie pool and bag of some heavy, hard item in the road (which looked innocently just like a bag) and I hit whatever the item was due to not seeing it early enough to avoid it (also there wasn't anywhere to avoid I don't think anyways.) I hit it and my car raised off the ground on the right side, which scared me but my car kept driving perfectly normal so I thought everything might be fine. I got home to find a couple of holes in my oil pan leaking oil (no bigger than a dime or nickel) so I had it towed to the shop to get fixed. They inspected it and told me that the engine cradle was also bent and the oil pan would need to be replaced, adding up to $1200! They said the cradle would need to be fixed because the car would pull to the right when i drive, which it didn't when i continued to drive to my house so I'm skeptical of their assessment and integrity. From the info I've been reading online, the price of repairing these two together on my car shouldn't be so costly. I am looking for advice on whether this is a fair price, and if there are other options available. Thank you in advance.
