Looking to buy at 2013 Honda Accord LX Loaner vehicle

Looking at 2013 Honda Accord LX automatic with 4000 miles. The sales agent says its was used as a demo/ loaner.
test drove the vehicle.. drives and feels as good as new. Seats are upgraded to leather. Interior is well detailed and clean. Did not notice any damages. Still has the "new car smell" inside.

The dealer is asking 21000 + taxes.

Questions is.. Are there any specifics that I need to look at while buying a loaner/demo.? How much can I negotiate on the asking price?

    Are you sure it is an LX and not the EX-L. LX does not come with leather seats. Make sure the vehicle is a Honda certified vehicle
