Oxidation on hood and rear hatch. 2010 Ford Expedition.

Have a 2010 Ford Expedition EL Eddie Bauer. Found paint bubbling on hood and real deck lid. Contacted Ford and got no help....not surprised. Took to Ford dealer body shop and was it was oxidation not rust....always thought rust was oxidation and was told not covered by warranty. Doing some research found out there was a class action suit in Federal Court in New Jersey concerning this issue. Any one know details on this suit....law firm handling, etc. just ordered a new Yukon no more Ford for me.
