Multiple Security Deposits

Anyone have experience with multiple security deposits on mercedes leases? I tried to do this on a previous mercedes lease but the finance person told me that it couldnt be done if I was receiving the top tier money factor. Apparently, rules may differ from state to state. Im dealing with a dealership in MD.
