Lincoln Town Car door lock and turn signal problem

2007 Lincoln TC...doors will not lock nor unlock, turn signals blinking very fast and remote switch will not work (which has had a new battery installed). Can anybody help me out with where to start?

    Remove the Negative cable from the battery overnight. The car's computer may reset itself when you put the cable back on next morning.
