How does an educated consumer compare lease prices?

I'm about to start shopping for an Infiniti Q50 lease for the first time. I'll compare prices from 2 or 3 dealers or leasing companies. What specific information do I need to be armed with in order to make an apple-to-apples comparison of one lease offer compared to another? I see forum posts asking for evaluation of a deal but I'm not familiar with the jargon used. Thanks.
