2008 Hyundai Elantra shudders at a complete stop

I have a 2008 hyundai elantra with about 171,000 miles. For the last year, when im driving fast on the highway, say 70-80 mph, and say slow down to go to a toll booth or get off at an exit , when I come to a _complete stop _, my car shudders, like it is going to stall out. About 2 times it has actually stalled on me and I just started it right up again. My check engine light has never gone on. Again, this has only happened when driving fast and having to come to a complete stop. the more sudden the stop is, the more likely this shuddering happens, like it is going to stall. I try to gradually decrease my speed to avoid this issue, but again, once the car comes to a COMPLETE stop, the car shudders like it is going to stall. When this does happen, my RPMs go down a little and once the shuddering happens it goes back to its normal position. I'd say the RPMs decrease by about 500. Can this issue be with my oxygen sensor in the front of my car ? Can it be my fuel pump or fuel filter, which unfortunately on my car is located in the fuel tank. Please help me, I need this car to last
