Chevy Venture traction light comes on intermittently

I have a 2003 chevy venture and the traction off; service light comes on intermittently. Previously the ABS brake light was coming on and when someone looked under the van he said the cap had come off . Could this be the same thing?

    The C-305 connector is a passthrough (from inside cabin to underneath) . Connections may get corroded from water intrusion (you can google for more info). This may be the trouble spot
